2nd ANNUAL WNY SUMMER SHOOTOUT        
SUMMER TOURNAMENT        
Saturday, August 15th         
Rain date Sunday, August 16th         
         
NECC Center, Godfrey Road, Olcott, NY        
       
 7 v 7, 20 minute games        
games resulting in ties will enter a sudden death over-time period immediately following the end of the 2nd half        
         
$200 per team, 3+ games guaranteed         
deadline August 1st, enter by July 25th for the early bird discount- $25        
coaches will be notified of their first game time by August 11th via e-mail

All participants must be insured and be entering         
 6th through 12th grade in fall 2009        
       
1.  All players are expected to wear similar uniforms.  Sticks and goggles must be legal, mouth guards are mandatory.        
2.  All decisions made by officials are final, including removal of  a coach, player, parent, or spectator from the tournament.         
3.  Standards of sportsmanship are in effect for all coaches, players, parents, and spectators.  We ask coaches to help us         
enforce sportsmanship.  Those who ignore such standards will be asked to leave.        
4. Tournament entry fee must be paid in full when team roster is submitted.  Deadline is August 1st.        
5. Make checks payable to Newfane Women's Lacrosse and mail, with roster and  copy of team insurance certificate,         
to 5540 West Lake rd. Burt, NY, 14028.        
6. There will not be different divisions based on age or ability unless otherwise decided.  Such decisions will be based         
on participation.          
7.  Newfane Lacrosse declares the right to make executive decisions throughout the tournament with or without         
written notice.        
8. All current New York State High School/ US Lacrosse  rules apply.        
9. Saturday's schedule will be a working schedule, each game opponent and time will be determined by both teams         
results in the previous game.          
10. Each player will only be allowed to appear on one roster.  They may not play for multiple teams.        
11. T-shirts will be passed out to the champs after the last game.
