Lady Roc Lacrosse is a premier girls lacrosse club with membership in the Rochester/Buffalo area.
Our goal is to bring together players who love the game and aspire to play at the next level. Lady Roc provides players the opportunity to develop their skills through practice sessions and participation in tournaments around the country.
The club participates during the off-season
in many of the finest tournaments in the nation, which typically
are the premier recruiting showcases for most colleges and universities.
